Wellbeing sessions

My virtual wellbeing group sessions include breath work, meditations, mindfulness, sound baths, special sessions for chronic pain relief, and Yoga Nidra. They all focus on rest and relaxation for body and mind and improve overall wellbeing.

I also offer more active sessions, such as and mindful movement and Desk Yoga. These practices are a great way to take a break from static sitting to gently mobilize the body.

No previous experience or knowledge of any kind is required to participate, and you can attend straight from your desk or couch. Since time is often an issue, all of my group sessions are 30 minutes long and can be accommodated even on busy days.

Feel more balanced and relaxed

Everything I offer has been personally tried and tested and is part of my regular practice to achieve better health and wellbeing. Yoga, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness have helped me find more balance and calm, move from reaction to response, and better manage my depression, chronic pain, and chronic illnesses.

My goal is to help you feel more balanced and relaxed in life, shifting your focus from external noise to inner awareness, and enabling you to improve your health and wellbeing.
