Invest in selfcare
My virtual wellbeing sessions allow you to take a break from your busy schedule and practice selfcare. No previous experience or knowledge of any kind is required to participate – just join, breathe, and relax.

Rest and recharge body and mind
Each practice will be different, but all focus on awareness, inner calm, and relaxation. Activities include breathing exercises, passive and progressive muscle relaxation, body scans, mindfulness, meditation, visualization, mantras, sound baths, affirmations, and Yoga Nidra.
Spring session schedule coming soon!
My virtual wellbeing group sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes, with 5 minutes at the start to allow everyone to join and giving 5 minutes back at the end. The actual practice part is around 15-20 minutes. No previous experience or knowledge of any kind is required to participate, and you can attend straight from your desk or couch.
Any of the below-mentioned practices can also be booked as individual 1:1 sessions, at a length of your choosing.

Breath work
Breath work enables you to self-regulate, helping you balance your nervous system and calm your emotions. It is typically practiced in a seated position.
Practices include breath sensing, directional breathing, 3-way breathing, deep-belly/diaphragmic breathing, Pranayama exercises, ratio breathing, and more.
No previous experience is needed to participate.

Meditation & mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness allow you to cultivate awareness and presence, taking you out of rumination. They are typically practiced in a seated position.
Practices include body scans, mindfulness meditation, visualization, mantras, passive muscle relaxation, and affirmations.
No previous experience is needed to participate.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, promotes deep rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. It is typically practiced lying down.
Practices include passive and progressive muscle relaxation, body scans, guided meditation, breathing exercises, and visualization.
No previous experience is needed to participate.

Sound baths
Sound baths are immersive experiences where you listen to soothing sounds, such as gongs, bowls, or nature sounds. They are typically practiced lying down.
No previous experience is needed to participate.

Face Yoga
Face Yoga involves gentle facial exercises that improve circulation and strengthen and tone facial muscles. It is typically practiced in a seated position.
No previous experience is needed to participate.

Desk Yoga
Desk Yoga is my umbrella term for slow, easy exercises and stretches performed directly at the desk – either seated or standing.
These practices combine mindfulness with gentle, physical movement and stretching, fostering a deeper mind-body connection.
No previous experience is needed to participate.
Chronic pain relief
These sessions are specifically designed for people living with chronic pain.
While breath work, meditation, and mindfulness cannot provide a cure, research has shown that it can help individuals change their relationship with chronic pain, limiting its impact on the quality of their life, and providing a felt sense of relief.
Practices include passive and progressive muscle relaxation, body scans, breathing exercises, visualization, pendulation, and other somatic exercises.
No previous experience is needed to participate.
