Hi, I’m Esther Diora – it’s nice to meet you
Why am I wearing a fake moustache, you ask? Well, I’ve been an active supporter of the Movember foundation since 2018, wearing my ‘tache during November each year to raise awareness and funds for men’s health and mental health. That was the beginning of my passion for wellbeing and mental health awareness. Since then, I have been expanding my activities continuously over the years, helping people integrate selfcare and wellbeing into their daily lives.
After attending college in California, I moved to the South of England to get my university degree, followed by nearly two decades working in various industries and corporations in London and Vienna. This time in the corporate world has enabled me to get a good feel for the status quo of employee wellbeing as well as what is needed to bring about change.
I currently live in Vienna, Austria, and all my services are available in English or German.

Somatic practitioner-in-training
Since 2026
Somatic healing is a therapeutic approach that recognizes the inseparable connection between the mind and body in the healing process. It focuses on the somatic nervous system and the somatic body.
Yoga teacher-in-training
Since 2025
Continuing my educational journey with My Vinyasa Practice, I have been in yoga-teacher training since late 2025, and will focus mainly on adaptive, trauma-informed, and restorative yoga as well as on Yin yoga.
Breath work, meditation & Yoga Nidra facilitator

In summer 2025, I started my educational journey with My Vinyasa Practice, finishing my certifications as breath work/Pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra facilitator later that year.
Guided meditation sessions

A few year ago, I started leading regular virtual guided meditation sessions at work, and I have been continuing them ever since. This was the start of Diora Wellbeing.
Employee wellbeing consultant
Since 2021
I jumped at the chance to participate in a Wellbeing pilot project at work, helping leaders with employee wellbeing and delivering virtual and in-person sessions on work-life balance, stress management, and self-care to teams across the globe.
Mental Health First Aider
Since 2020
In November 2020, I first certified with the Mental Health Foundation, and have been refreshing my certification regularly since then. At work, this means providing support and confidential chats to employees, both in person and virtually.
